How Do I Know What to Set My Ticket Priority to?

There are 3 levels of priority you can set your ticket to. What you choose, effects how quickly your ticket will be completed.

We receive an influx of tickets daily and each one takes a different amount of time to complete. You may submit an emergency ticket or something that needs to be completed ASAP. Or, you may submit a ticket that doesn't need to be completed right away, as you understand we have a large amount of tickets being received. You can set your ticket priority to one of three options. The first being "High", meaning the ticket is of extreme importance and needs to  be completed within a couple of hours. The second being "Medium", meaning the ticket is important, but not an emergency and can be completed within a few hours. The last being "Low", meaning the ticket is of somewhat importance, but doesn't have a specific deadline and can be completed in a day or so. Rest assured, all tickets are considered important to us and will be completed in a timely manner.
